Lynda will guide you through a heart-opening cacao ceremony, creating space for intention, presence, and connection. Following this sacred experience, she will lead you into a deeply restorative yoga nidra practice and offer gentle Reiki energy healing to support relaxation, emotional release, and inner balance.
