Our immersive meditation series is designed to explore and activate each chakra in sequence, starting with the Root Chakra and culminating in a combined Third Eye and Crown Chakra session. Each session in our six-part series focuses on understanding and gently unblocking the focus chakra and exploring practices for nurturing the chakra going forward. During each session, participants will learn about the focus chakra and its correspondences, experience the healing of a crystal grid created and activated for the unblocking, balancing, and strengthening of the focus chakra, and be guided through a mantra meditation.
