About the event
This unique all level class blends the healing power of Qigong (pronounced chee gung) and Reiki. Qigong is a meditative movement practice that mimics movement patterns in nature. It is beneficial to clear stress, and to increase strength, vitality and harmony of the mind body and Spirit. Class will begin with mindful movement and complete with guided Reiki meditation. This is a beginner friendly class with options for modification and may be done seated in a chair.
