Tea Ceremony
Experience deep relaxation and tranquility through the magic of tea. In this meditative tea ceremony, you will be served multiple infusions of a delicious whole-leaf tea, intentionally chosen to complement the subtle seasonal shift from late autumn to early winter, with each sip drawing you further into a place of peaceful, grounded stillness. Gentle music will guide you along your tea journey, providing comforting support for inner exploration as your body relaxes and your senses come alive. Give yourself the gift of letting go, with tea as your anchor and guide.
Your host will be Sara Boan, owner of Present Moment Tea, who has been studying traditional Chinese tea and brewing methods for over a decade. This ceremony will be held at a table with chairs, providing the opportunity for greater relaxation and comfort.
