Reiki Meditation

Join us online for a peaceful Reiki meditation designed to offer a space for relaxation, healing, and renewal from the comfort of your own home.

We will begin with a short guided meditation to help you settle in, relax, and become more open to the energy. From there, we will move into a period of Reiki accompanied by meditative music, giving you time to simply rest or move as you experience this spiritually guided healing energy.

Reiki can support deep relaxation, inner peace, emotional and energetic healing, greater clarity, and an overall sense of well-being. Each person experiences the energy differently, and there is nothing you need to do or achieve during the meditation. Simply allow yourself to be present and receive whatever the experience offers you.

We will close our time together with an oracle message for the group, followed by an opportunity for questions, reflection, and sharing.
