Shoden: Level I Reiki Training - $250

The Shoden: Level I Reiki Training is a transformative two-day course designed to introduce you to the foundational teachings of the Usui Reiki System. This program is ideal for those seeking to deepen their spiritual practice, learn effective self-healing techniques, and experience the profound benefits of Reiki energy.

• Level I Attunement and Reiju: Sacred rituals designed to initiate you into the Reiki practice and help you become a more effective conduit for this energy.

• Reiki Manuals and Handouts: Comprehensive resources to support your learning.

• Access to the Reiki Forum: Connect with other practitioners, share experiences, and stay informed about upcoming events and offerings.

• Optional 4-Week Mentorship with Ana: A personalized mentorship program to support your growth and deepen your practice (optional, available during registration).

• The History and Evolution of Reiki

• Understanding the Reiki Precepts/Principles

• Level I Techniques and Meditations for personal healing

• Hand Positions for Self-Healing and energy balancing

• The Reiki Energetic System: Learn how energy flows and works in the body

• Intro to Reiki with Animals: Learn how to share Reiki with pets and animals

Upon completion of this training, you will have a solid understanding of Reiki and the ability to channel its healing energy for personal self-care and informal healing of others. You will receive a Shoden: Level I Reiki Practitioner certificate, issued by Fire and Spirit, and be eligible to continue on your Reiki journey with the Okuden: Level II Reiki Training.

If you are new to Reiki or have not had a Reiki treatment by a Fire and Spirit certified practitioner, it is recommended that you schedule a Reiki session with Ana prior to registration.

4-Week Mentorship Option - $150

This optional mentorship is an integral part of your Reiki training with Ana, offering invaluable support as you navigate the early stages of your practice. It’s highly recommended to deepen your understanding and build confidence in your abilities. The mentorship is available exclusively to current Level I students and can be added during registration or no later than the final day of your training.

What’s Included in the Mentorship:

• 4 Weeks of Personalized Support: Receive guidance through email, text, or forum chats to assist with questions and challenges as you integrate your practice.

• 1 Healing Attunement and Deep Healing Session: A one-on-one session with Ana to support your growth and energetically align you with your Reiki journey (expires at the end of the mentorship period).

• 2 Shares: Practice sharing Reiki with others, focusing on the techniques and principles learned during your Level I training.

This mentorship is a powerful opportunity to enhance your learning and gain deeper insight into your Reiki practice.
