Service Description
Prior to registering for the level II or III training, practitioners who were certified through another program or training center will need to book this in-person consultation with Ana in order to verify certification, review requirements, and receive the training manual and materials. Cancellation Policy
All sessions are non-refundable. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule must provide at least 24 hours’ notice in order to reschedule their appointment. Missed appointments or no-shows without prior notification are not eligible for rescheduling. For the safety of clients and practitioners, Fire and Spirit reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to inclement weather, hazardous travel conditions, or local advisories. Weather-related decisions are based on real-time conditions and are made at the earliest reasonable time. In some circumstances, notice may be provided as little as one to two hours prior to the scheduled session. When Fire and Spirit initiates a weather-related reschedule, the session will be transferred to a mutually agreed-upon date and time. Refunds are not issued for weather-related rescheduling. Clients who arrive late will be accommodated up to 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, subject to practitioner availability. Sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time, and services will be provided for the remaining duration only.
