Shoden: Level I Reiki Training

Service Description

The Shoden: Level I Reiki Training is a transformative two-day course designed to introduce you to the foundational teachings of the Usui Reiki System. This training is ideal for those who are new to Reiki or seeking to deepen their spiritual practice, develop effective self-healing techniques, and experience Reiki as a practical, embodied healing modality. During this training, you will receive the Level I Attunement and Reiju, sacred initiations that support your ability to channel Reiki energy for self-healing and personal care. You will explore the history and evolution of Reiki, develop an understanding of the Reiki precepts, and learn Level I techniques and meditations focused on personal healing and energetic balance. Instruction includes hand positions for self-healing, an introduction to the Reiki energetic system, and guidance on how energy flows and works within the body. You will also receive an introduction to sharing Reiki with animals. The training includes Reiki manuals and handouts to support your learning, along with access to the Fire and Spirit Reiki Student Resource Page. Upon completion of this training, you will have a solid understanding of Reiki and the ability to channel its healing energy for personal self-care and informal healing of others. You will receive a Shoden: Level I Reiki Practitioner certificate issued by Fire and Spirit and will be eligible to continue your Reiki journey with the Okuden: Level II Reiki Training. For those who are completely new to Reiki or have not previously received a Reiki session from a Fire and Spirit–certified practitioner, it is strongly recommended that you schedule a Reiki session with Ana prior to registering for this training. Optional 4-Week Mentorship The 4-Week Mentorship is designed to support you as you integrate Reiki into daily life with four weeks of personalized support through email, text, or forum communication to help you navigate questions, experiences, and challenges as they arise. It also includes one Healing Attunement and a deep one-on-one Reiki session with Ana, to be used within the mentorship period, as well as two guided Reiki shares to support hands-on practice and reinforce the techniques and principles learned in Level I. This mentorship provides a steady bridge between training and independent practice, helping you build confidence, clarity, and consistency in your Reiki journey.
