Party Reading with Ana

Service Description

Whether you are having a small get together or throwing a huge themed event, readings can offer your guests a fun and engaging activity they will talk about and remember for years to come. As all events vary, Fire and Spirit offers multiple options to help you create a reading entertainment package that will fit your needs and expectations. These options include gallery style, party theme, and private readings. When you submit your request, you will be prompted to select a date and time. Please select the date of your event and the time you would like Ana to arrive. This will block 2 hours on the calendar and you will be able to adjust the time by writing the preferred start and end time on the request form. Once you put in your request, Ana will confirm availability and provide you with a price quote within 3 business days. In order to secure the date and ensure Ana will be available for your event, a non-refundable down payment of 35% of the total must be paid within one week from submitting your request. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 1 week prior to your event or a 15% (of total service cost) late fee will be added to your balance due.

Cancellation Policy

Fire and Spirit will cancel an unpaid service 24 hours before the event unless cancelled earlier by the client. If the event is rescheduled, and Ana is available on the new date, the service will be transferred over to the new date with a 10% (of total service cost) transfer fee. If the event has been paid in full and is cancelled less than 1 week prior to the scheduled date, Fire and Spirit will refund up to, and no more than, 50% of the total cost of the service.
